Inside the Italo Club Lounges the Italo staff is ready to welcome you with a constant and personalized assistance.
At your disposal you will have:
| • | Espresso coffee, cappuccino, tea, water, juices, sweet and savoury snacks; |
| • | Relaxation area with comfortable armchairs where you can relax or continue to work thanks to free Wi-Fi and electrical sockets to recharge your devices; |
| • | Reserved toilets. |
For those who are reserved access:
The Lounges are dedicated to Club Executive passengers and Italo Più Privilege and Platinum card holders. In addition, Italo Più Corporate Privilege and Corporate Platinum card holders can access it.

The Lounge service is currently available at the following stations: Turin Porta Susa, Milan Centrale, Florence Santa Maria Novella, Rome Termini, Naples Centrale.
Opening and closing times of the Lounge Italo Club:
The Italo Club Lounges at the moment follow the following times:
• Turin Porta Susa: 06:05 am - 07:55 pm
• Venice Santa Lucia: 06:35 am - 08:25 pm
• Milan Centrale: 6:15 am - 8:40 pm
• Florence Santa Maria Novella: 7:05 am - 9:05 pm
• Rome Termini: 6:20 am - 8:55 pm
• Naples Centrale: 5:50 am - 7:55 pm.
Access is allowed up to 3 hours before the departure of your train.

Fast Track
With the Italo Fast Track service your journey starts off on the Right Track!
Avoid queues and pass through checkpoints with ease thanks to a dedicated lane to help you get on board your Italo train faster.
This service is available only to those in possession of a Prima or Club Executive ticket and to Italo Più Privilege and Corporate Privilege card holders.
The Fast Track service is currently available at Rome’s Termini Station on platform 12 and at Milan Centrale on gate C.
Additional details
- To access the Fast Track lane, Italo Più Privilege and Corporate Privilege cardholders need to display their ticket together with their Italo card.
- This service is also available to travelling companions and minors in possession of a valid ticket.
